Privacy policy

Quote submissions. We store the details you submit to review them. If we publish a quote, it's anonymous: we never publish your name or email.

Photos. Before/after photos are optional. We only publish one if you tick the separate photo-permission box, and then only next to your graft count, price, country and months post-op, labelled “results vary” — never with your name or email. Photos reach us as email attachments through our form provider (FormSubmit). To withdraw permission or have a photo deleted, send a request through our contact form and we'll remove it.

Contact form. Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to us by email through our form provider (FormSubmit) so we can read and answer them. Your email is optional unless you want a reply, and we don't add it to any list.

Email. If you give your email on the quote form, we only use it to verify your quote and, if you tick the box, to ask about follow-up photos.

Newsletter. You're only added to the newsletter if you tick its separate opt-in box. Every email will include an unsubscribe link.

Analytics & cookies. This version uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
